This structured consultation offers you the opportunity to gain insight into any mental, emotional or bahavioural life concern. I will guide you through the process of examining and considering the issue from different perspectives.
This process gives information on context, process and structure. Because NLP does not need to know the content of a situation to affect change, the client may choose not to disclose private details about their issue.
You will learn about the nature of the subconscious mind with a view to applying these insights to the problem. We will indentify beliefs, values, context, triggers and patterns in dicovering the reasons behind your concerns. We also look at how subconscious past associations affect the present and how becoming aware of unconscious filters can help to explain how you are currently reacting to your situation.
